SHINE-2024, the Cosmo Youth Festival, is an annual event organized to provide a platform for young students to showcase their talents and creativity. Held with the support of Rotary Club of Raipur Cosmopolitan, Rotary Club of Cosmo Divas, Inner Wheel Club of Cosmo, and IIM College’s CSR committee, this event brings together students from across the city. In 2024, 2,500 students from 80 schools participated in a variety of performances and activities. The festival’s core mission is to recognize and reward talent, with the top winners receiving free education, empowering them to pursue their dreams and enhance their skills.
